All Souls Masses
Monday, Nov. 2 is All Souls Day. This is not a holy day of obligation, but it is an important day on the Church calendar when we pray for the souls in Purgatory.

On this commemoration of all the faithful departed, St. Brendan will have two special Masses to pray for our deceased parishioners and loved ones:

8:00am (English)

7:00pm (Latin – solemn high Mass)

If you have never experienced a Requiem Mass in the extraordinary form, this is a great opportunity. A solemn high Mass is one assisted by deacon and subdeacon with full music and incense. No prior knowledge is expected. Simply come and pray! A worship aid will be provided.

Special presentation by Fr. Schrader tonight at 7pm
At 7pm (Oct. 28), join via Zoom for a presentation on different kinds of Church teaching. What does it mean to say “the Church teaches” something? Can Church teaching ever change? How certain is our faith?

Please be attentive when coming to Mass
Please continue to be vigilant about not leaving books in the pews, and please be attentive to social distancing. The size of groups affects how well the seating arrangement works.
Thank you to those who are helping to sanitize pews and seat people!
