Parish Update – March 25, 2020

Today, March 25 is the solemnity of the Annunciation, when the angel announced to Mary that God had chosen her to be the Mother of Jesus, true God and true man. Jesus took his flesh and blood from Mary, and we worship that flesh and blood really present in the holy Eucharist.

Every Wednesday from 9am to 3pm, the Blessed Sacrament is exposed on the main altar of the church for people to come and pray individually.
At 2:45pm, we conclude this period of exposition with the short ritual of Eucharistic Benediction, which consists of a few prayers and hymns to the Eucharist and a blessing given with the Eucharist itself.
